Send an email to support@aibaocai.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order or licence details. You do not need to give a reason or justify your request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are handled at our discretion. If the Software failed to perform as described and we could not resolve the issue, we will generally still issue a refund.
