These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of PureUnlocker (the “Software”), a desktop application for Microsoft Windows.
Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the Software on computers that you own or control. The license is for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software, or use it to provide a commercial service to third parties.
The Software is sold for a one-time fee. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax, VAT and other indirect taxes.

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Because the Software deletes files and modifies file handles, it is your responsibility to verify what you are deleting. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption or other damage arising from use of the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
Licensed users receive free updates. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
